Village Verde

The first phase will comprise 49 homes with 2, 3 and 4 bedrooms and is expected to be delivered by the end of 2022.The project includes large communal and sports areas, three swimming pools, one of which is sandy and the other semi-Olympic, underground parking and large terraces in all the homes. In its commitment to excellence and high quality standards, the project will be BREEAM certified for sustainable construction. In addition to this and in respect for the natural conditions of the surroundings, before the start of the works, a special effort has been made to maintain the centenary trees present, respecting the largest specimens and transplanting those that could not be kept in their original location.
