Village Verde

Village Verde is a sustainable residential development set on six hectares of cork oak woodland in Sotogrande, redefining collective housing as a single‐family experience within a community. Phase I, completed in 2023, comprises 49 units with two to four bedrooms, while Phase II—currently under construction—features Sky Villas and penthouses with triple terraces. The buildings unfold as an undulating “ribbon,” giving each home landscaped terraces up to four meters deep and floor-to-ceiling glazed façades.

A slim pillar structure enables expansive glass panels and thermotreated wood pergolas that filter the light. The project includes three pools (natural sand, semi-Olympic, and indoor heated), outdoor sports areas, a putting green, croquet lawns, and underground parking. Certified BREEAM Good, Village Verde incorporates energy-efficiency systems, rainwater harvesting, and native planting, preserving biodiversity and the Mediterranean landscape as its hallmark.
