The project translates the logic of single-family housing into a multi-family development, incorporating generous terraces, large openings and a structural system that reduces supports to create continuous and flexible spaces.
The proposal is organised around a network of shared amenities, including swimming pools, sports facilities, wellness areas and more than six hectares of parkland, shaping a collective-use system that structures everyday life.
The architecture adapts to the topography and existing vegetation, integrating into the environment through compact volumes, natural materials and construction solutions that optimise thermal, visual and environmental comfort.
