This project for 303 homes is located in a new area of growth northwest of Malaga, near the university and with excellent access to the city center
The complex is based on a "comb" scheme that avoids closed courtyards, allowing all of them to enjoy views towards the interior of the development. The dwellings – comprised of 2, 3 and 4-bedroom units and equipped with spacious terraces – are distributed among five buildings, four of them six floors in height, and another one with five. In the latter, the common areas are placed on the ground floor: gym, gourmet bar, changing rooms, restrooms and access control. The interior development consists of four outdoor saltwater swimming pools, children's play areas, and paddle tennis courts.
The large garden areas, with plants that mostly require little water, such as palms, melias and jacarandas, give the complex a green heart and lend it a serene atmosphere.
