Adapting to existing conditions, this new business hub is organized around a central plaza with retail and restaurants over a raised podium – an ambitious public space connected to the street that marks urban design standards in the neighbourhood.
Located in a fast-developing district of Pune, this office compound responds to a number of challenges such as a limited plot size with high-density requirements.
The program involves a cluster of office buildings, one of them on an existing structure previously designed as a hotel. The new buildings are planned according to different users and typologies, ranging from small offices for professionals to large offices and common amenities, while preserving the unity of design.
