Ventilated facades of natural white stone are proposed, contrasting with dark gray stone in recessed or protruding parts
The project is located in a newly established residential area north of the town of Sitges, above the train tracks and the Parc de Can Robert.
The complex, intended as a first residence, consists of 80 dwellings of 3 and 4 bedrooms, arranged in 4 blocks of similar configuration, a common garden area with playground and pool, storage rooms and underground parking. Each block consists of a ground floor; the homes have private gardens, and two stories, distinguished by their spacious living rooms and a third level hosting duplexes with generous terraces and great views. Intermediate floors also have large private terraces, protruding bodies that generate a composition of spaces in movement, and give rhythm to the façades, breaking the initial prisms.
