Rabat Waterfront

Located on the Western coast of Morocco, this mixed-use project is part of the urban development of Rabat’s shoreline along Moustapha Assayeh Avenue. Along with the housing and hotel facilities facing the ocean, the proposed retail, residential and office complex offers the surrounding neighbourhoods a circuit of shopping and leisure activities. The large recreational garden, found on the uppermost level, defines a green core with terraces and pathways overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. Apartments and offices are conceived in such way as to share the experience of said central garden.
