Plaza Europa

Strategically located in the Plaza de Europa, the proposal aims to create working environments that foster creativity, innovation and collaboration.

The 22-floor tower is configured as a parallelepiped with a square base having a 27.50 m edge, with flexible and efficient floors that share vertical cores and services, optimizing the use of space. The main space breaks down into three pieces of different rhythm and scales, providing slenderness. Vertical gardens extend the green of the street into the walls, weaving this green fabric into the heart of the project. Both the upper floor and the double-height lobby contain tropical gardens that invite visitors for rest, recreation and socialization. The southeast and southwest façades will have a photovoltaic glass wall to reduce energy demand, generate energy and reduce emissions. The sustainable philosophy of the project design aims to a platinum Leed certification.

La filosofía sostenible según la que se concibe el proyecto le supondría una certificación Leed Platinum.
