The building is located on one of the city blocks with internal patios in the Madrid district of Salamanca, in a privileged area very close to the Retiro Park.
It consists of 10 homes distributed among 5 floors, with a recessed attic, ground floor access with commercial premises, and robotic parking. Various 3 and 4-bedroom home layouts are planned for the pilot floors, and two 4-bedroom duplexes will be located on floors 5 and 6. Given the orientation of the plot, the day area is determined by the alignment of the main façade, facing southeast, while the night area is located on the opposite facade, towards the inner patio, more suitable for rest. The areas intended to be the kitchen and living-dining room turn slightly, following the alignment of the boundaries towards the south, giving rise to spacious covered terraces.
