This new design opens spaces to integrate the complex both visually and functionally.
The objective of the renovation of the second floor of Maremagnum Leisure and Shopping Center is to obtain an effective integration with the rest of the center from which it has been historically separated.
The proposed design for this floor looks to benefit from the exceptional location of the center. It would have a roof garden with belvedere and open terrace surrounded by restaurants with exceptional views of the city, the port and the sea. . It would be covered by a light, transparent roof and connected with the lower levels by escalators.
