Apartments with handicapped access are located on the ground floor along a small retail unit. Two, three- and four-bedrooms apartments are arranged around a central core, allowing living rooms, bedrooms and kitchens to be placed with direct contact to the facade.
All apartments have their own balcony, which, as well as offering views and natural light, jut out from the main volume generating compositional movement on the different facade planes.
The main volume has a texturized finish, while the body of the balconies have smooth horizontal panels of reinforced concrete (GFRC).
