In the interior of the ground floor sits a mid-sized commercial unit upon which a communal roof garden is planned, accessible from the first floor of the residential buildings. The 5000 m2 car park is resolved in two underground levels.

This new construction project is being developed in La Marina of Zona Franca, a new suburb which gathers mixed-use areas of economic and residential activities and integrates perfectly into the city. The ground floor, for commercial use, adapts to the trapezoidal shape of the plot.
