The partially open shopping centre emphasizes the architectural image of the complex, its outline on the ground and the contrasts in volume of the general composition.

The aim of the implementation proposal is to endow the complex with an emblematic and public character that will increase the commercial attractiveness of the city and reinforce its business model. It works as an access to the city centre and magnet for routes leading out, thereby extending the city’s range of activity. The commercial building is integrated into the park, giving the complex a symbolic and public nature. A commercial city “street” model is used so that interior traffic is the prolongation of exterior pedestrian routes.The scaled general volume follows the existing topography and rhythm of the roofs.
