The project belongs to a new generation of complexes integrated into their surroundings with the creation of high-quality environmental spaces, far removed from the traditional urban malls.
The project is the extension and refurbishment of an existing retail centre aiming to re-qualify its image with a new urban facade and the reorganization of the site inside a disjointed environment.
New social and pedestrian routes and spaces are created, both inside and out. Streets and landscaped plazas are located along the indoor pedestrian route to reinforce its urban image.
