The shopping center is identified by a large three-dimensional roof that covers it and overflows its limits towards the access streets.
The masterplan creates a fragment of city integrated to its surroundings that aspires to be the new center of the urban district.
Zuglo-District is located in the middle of the urban area west of Pest, 15 minutes from the Danube. The main objective of the proposal is to create a fragment of city integrated to its surroundings that aspires to be the new center of the urban district.
The urban grid is planned to be continuous in an east-west direction and to create an internal pedestrian axis along which the different uses are implemented. The offices face the main avenue connecting to the city center and the residential units face the opposite street on a neighborhood scale. The pedestrian axis is a structural landscape element of the complex, linking an urban park at its northern end and the commercial area and the public market to the south, which is proposed as the core of the life of the complex and the entire neighborhood.
