Village Verde Sotogrande successfully completes first phase of its exclusive residential project

· July 6, 2023

The development has obtained the GOOD category of the BREEAM certificate, a claim pursued from the beginning, and which reflects the commitment to excellence and high quality standards of this project.

Located in the prestigious community of Sotogrande, the Village Verde residential area has reached a milestone with the successful completion of the first phase of its development. During phases I and II 10 'detached block' housing units with large terraces and subway parking will be constructed. A concept that offers a similar experience to first floor housing blocks, but in a multi-family environment. This proposal is complemented to the north by the Village Verde Villas, 17 two-story single-family homes.

All phases have common areas and amenities, such as natural sand and freshwater swimming pools, heated indoor pools, and outdoor sports areas.

The strong architectural proposal has been conceived along the lines of the most characteristic elements of the Village Verde area, with an abundant presence of noble materials exposed on the façade, including wood and whitewashing in light tones.

The large terraces of up to four meters deep, the large floor-to-ceiling glass panels that envelop the homes, or the fact that there is no boat step to go out onto the terraces, gives the feeling of always being on the ground level.

This concept has required a powerful structure, more common in high-rise buildings, which reduces the number of pillars. The result is an exceptionally solid structure compared to that of conventional residential building blocks, which also allows for the incorporation of garden-terraces. Residents can enjoy a unique experience in which each floor has its own garden with natural grass, shrubs, vegetation, and panoramic views of an exceptional environment.

Village Verde Sotogrande is a new residential reference for its avant-garde architecture, quality and comfort. An example of how exclusivity can coexist in perfect harmony with smaller homes in a carefully preserved natural environment.
