The AV Spain Yearbook 2025 was presented last week at Espacio Arquia in an event organized by Fundación Arquia and Arquitectura Viva. This annual monograph features a selection of the most significant projects built in Spain over the past year, providing insight into key trends and developments in the field.
This edition highlights the New Santiago Bernabéu Stadium, designed by L35 Architects, GMP, and Ribas & Ribas Architects, which appears on the cover and is among the featured projects. Its inclusion underscores its architectural and urban impact, establishing it as one of the most significant interventions of the year.
The launch event brought together architects, critics, and industry professionals and included the "Annual Review of Spanish Architecture" discussion, featuring Óscar Miguel Ares, Marta Peris (Peris+Toral), and Alberto Veiga (Barozzi Veiga), moderated by Luis Fernández-Galiano.
Over the past forty years, the AV Spain Yearbook has become a leading publication in the architectural field, presenting an annual selection of twenty-four projects alongside discussions on the most relevant cultural, economic, and social issues shaping the profession.
