Promoted by South Ring Mall Sofia EAD, the project has a built area of 180,000 m² and a gross leasable area of 70,000 m². It forms part of a new mixed-use development which covers 26 hectares and creates a new focal point in the south of the Bulgarian capital. Sofia Ring makes the most of its surroundings and location to give the city a new and easily identifiable urban space. The connection with the landscape, the opening up of new views and the freedom of composition are all crucial to this building´s design and its relationship with the environment.
