Once again, L35 Architects has partnered with the non-profit organization KOMERA to support a transformative project in Burundi, aimed at the Batwa community, one of the most marginalized and vulnerable groups in the country. The initiative focuses on building homes for these families, using local materials such as adobe, earth, and water, and promoting community work as an integral part of the process.

KOMERA is an organization deeply committed to volunteering and development cooperation, particularly in Burundi. Since its foundation, it has sought not only to provide support but also to share with the world the remarkable beauty of the “heart of Africa.” Its work is guided by deep respect for local communities and their culture, recognizing beauty in simplicity and everyday life.
