Adigeo wins CNCC Design Award for the best shopping centre in Italy

· May 10, 2018

A year after its opening, the Adigeo Shopping Centre, in the Italian city of Verona, has received the CNCC Design Award as "Best Shopping Centre in Italy" in the "Large Structures" category. In March, Adigeo received LEED platinum sustainability certification, becoming the first shopping centre in Italy to achieve this.

The CNCC Design Award is granted every year by the Consiglio Nazionale dei Centri Commerciali, which is part of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). The jury took into consideration its architectural, technical and environmental merits.

Located in the heart of Verona and promoted by ECE and CDS Holding, the Adigeo Shopping Centre has more than 130 units distributed in a shopping mall with a triangular floor space on two levels. With a markedly contemporary design, it is the driving force for urban renewal at the southern entrance to Verona.
