Congratulations to the Time Out team and Maremagnum Shopping Center for bringing this new space to Barcelona!
L35 Architect has participated in the project by undertaking the renovation of the shopping center and the construction management of the Time Out Market. The renovation has enhanced the exceptional central location in Barcelona by integrating the second floor, which hosts the Time Out Market, with the city and the existing shopping center.
This new design maximizes the sense of space, visual permeability, and accessibility. It will feature a roof garden with a belvedere and an open terrace surrounded by restaurants offering exceptional views of the city, the port, and the sea.
