New project by L35 opens its doors in Reus
November 5th was the grand opening of La Fira Centre Comercial, an exciting new space for retail and leisure at a strategic location in Reus, the capital of Baix Camp (Tarragona). The design borrows the concept of a city street, extending exterior pedestrian routes, from the park and the Avenue Sant Jordi, to fully integrate with the urban surroundings.

ICAM opens a new university campus in Paris
On Friday, October 2, ICAM opened its new campus in Paris. Designed by L35 and promoted by Pitch Promotion & Fulton, the project stretches over a 23,700 m² site and is expected to host up to 1000 students.

Wednesday 9th of July saw the inauguration of Le Méridien cultural and commercial centre in Ibos (France), which includes the Tarbes Centre for the Performing Arts. With this project from L35, the ensemble, owned by the Saint-Laurent family, will increase its surface area by 30,000 m² and it will also renovate the existing 38,000 m².
