What you’ll do (key responsibilities)

• BIM modeling in Revit for architectural projects across phases (SD/DD/CD).

• Produce and control documentation: drawings, details, schedules, families, templates.

• Coordinate with internal teams and consultants (structure, MEP) to detect clashes and resolve them.

• Prepare models for deliverables: naming, parameters, LOD/LOI, best practices, and clean structure.

• Perform model quality checks (consistency, cleanliness, internal standards).

• Support IFC/BCF coordination and BIM workflows (project-dependent).

What you need (must-haves)

• 3 years of experience in architecture studios working in BIM.

• Strong working proficiency in Revit (modeling, documentation, basic families and parameters).

• Knowledge of BIM standards: model organization, parameters, worksharing, templates.

• Technical judgment, strong organization, and a healthy obsession with detail.

• Ability to work with deadlines and prioritize tasks.

• Team mindset: clear communication and willingness to learn.

• Hands-on experience applying AI to processes (not just curiosity): prototypes, tools, automations, or deployments.

• Ability to speak “two languages”: architecture and product/technology.

• Autonomy, judgment, and a practical approach.

About us

At L35 (architecture, urban planning and design) we deliver complex, international projects with multidisciplinary teams across our offices in Madrid, Barcelona and Paris. We’re looking for a highly senior profile to take our operations to the next level of standardization, foresight and excellence, without losing agility or creativity.

The challenge

We’re consolidating a more scalable and consistent production model across offices: a clear system of standards, governance and data that enables us to anticipate, prioritize and deliver with consistent quality and on-time performance—even during demand peaks and with multiple teams working in parallel.

Your mission

Design and lead the studio’s production Operating Model: processes, standards, governance, capacity planning and continuous improvement—ensuring alignment across offices and a measurable step-change in efficiency, predictability and quality.

What you’ll do (responsibilities)

1) Operating Model & production standards

• Define and roll out standards by phase (brief → design → development → documentation → delivery → close-out): deliverables, gates, definition of done and quality criteria.

• Implement SOPs and playbooks: checklists, RACI, document structure, version control, naming conventions, templates.

• Standardize templates and presentations to ensure brand consistency and production efficiency.

2) Hands-on PMO (governance & focus)

• Establish operating cadences (weekly/monthly reviews), executive reporting and escalation mechanisms.

• Manage the portfolio: prioritization, dependencies, risks, scope changes and fast decision-making.

• Ensure clear visibility of milestones, deliverables and status by project/office (“single source of truth”).

3) Capacity & resource planning

• Implement demand vs capacity planning (skills, seniority, workload) with an 8–12 week forecast and quarterly view.

• Define allocation rules and operating criteria: reinforcements, re-planning, cross-office coordination.

• Improve predictability and delivery stability by reducing friction and unnecessary urgency.

4) Productivity, KPIs & continuous improvement

• Design actionable KPIs and decision-oriented dashboards: on-time delivery, planning stability, rework, workload, utilization, etc.

• Lead a continuous improvement backlog with measurable impact (Lean/Kaizen), from quick wins to structural changes.

• Support adoption across teams: training, communication, follow-up and light internal audits.

5) Tools & ways of working

• Evaluate tools (or maximize existing ones) for planning, documentation, BI and document control.

• Ensure real usage and minimum discipline: reliable data, traceability and sustainable habits.

• Nice to have: BIM knowledge (Revit/ACC/BIM 360) and production workflows in design studios.

What we’re looking for (requirements)

• 10+ years in Operations/PMO/Excellence/Continuous Improvement in project-based production environments (architecture/engineering/technical consultancy/contracting).

• Proven experience implementing standards and governance in complex organizations (multi-office or multi-team).

• Strong ability to influence senior stakeholders: negotiation, prioritization and change management.

• Practical, hands-on profile: dives into the detail and drives adoption—doesn’t stay in PowerPoint.

• High level of English (French is a strong plus).

Tools (must have)

• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets (capacity, scenarios, forecasting).
