At L35, we are looking to incorporate an Administrative profile with basic accounting knowledge to support the Administration/Finance area in a professional services environment, with project-based management and a high volume of documentation.

Key Responsibilities

Accounts Payable (AP) – Supplier & Invoice Management

• Receipt, review and registration of purchase orders, proformas and invoices.
• Filing and document control by client/project (folders and Excel).
• Supplier/contact onboarding and maintenance of records in the ERP.
• Uploading and basic posting in the ERP, including partial payments when applicable.

Payments & Treasury Coordination

• Preparation and follow-up of payments based on priorities (bank transfers or other internal means).
• Request/collection of internal approvals and verification of supporting documentation.
• Sending payment confirmations and communication with suppliers when necessary.

Accounts Receivable (AR) – Client Invoicing & Collections

• Issuance of invoices, proformas and credit notes according to internal instructions.
• Follow-up on collections and support in overdue receivables recovery (in coordination with managers).
• Documentary support related to invoicing and collections.

Reporting & Internal Tools Update

• Downloading reports (purchases, payments, invoicing) and updating internal records.
• Support in accruals and control of basic forecasts.

Cross-Functional Administrative Management (as needed)

• Document management for tenders/client platforms when applicable (document upload, traceability).
• Control and filing of supplier certificates (e.g., Tax Authority/Social Security) and Excel records.
• Ad hoc administrative tasks (insurance, incidents, reception support during coverage periods).

Internal Administrative Support

• Support in organising and filing incidents, receipts and internal team documentation.
• Maintenance of calendars/absence records and related administrative support, when applicable.

Mandatory Requirements

• Degree in Administration and Finance or similar.
• Previous experience in administration with basic accounting knowledge (suppliers, invoicing and collections follow-up).
• Strong Excel skills (tables, filters and basic formulas).
• Experience with ERP/invoicing tools (experience with Holded or other ERPs will be valued).
• Accuracy, organisation and attention to detail; ability to work with large volumes of documentation.
• Confidentiality and responsibility in handling information.
• English: fluent level, minimum C1. Part of the interview will be conducted in English.

Nice to Have

• Experience in project-based or professional services environments.
• Basic knowledge of reconciliations and Treasury coordination.
• Functional French for documentation and occasional communications.
• Experience with client platforms and document management (e.g., Aconex/ARIBA or similar).

Today we are 200+ professionals from 30+ nationalities. We are looking for a Junior Architect (3 years’ experience) – BIM Specialist to join our Madrid team and help turn great ideas into flawless, buildable projects.

What you’ll do (key responsibilities)

• BIM modeling in Revit for architectural projects across phases (SD/DD/CD).
• Produce and control documentation: drawings, details, schedules, families, templates.
• Coordinate with internal teams and consultants (structure, MEP) to detect clashes and resolve them.
• Prepare models for deliverables: naming, parameters, LOD/LOI, best practices, and clean structure.
• Perform model quality checks (consistency, cleanliness, internal standards).
• Support IFC/BCF coordination and BIM workflows (project-dependent).

What you need (must-haves)

• 3 years of experience in architecture studios working in BIM.
• Strong working proficiency in Revit (modeling, documentation, basic families and parameters).
• Knowledge of BIM standards: model organization, parameters, worksharing, templates.
• Technical judgment, strong organization, and a healthy obsession with detail.
• Ability to work with deadlines and prioritize tasks.
• Team mindset: clear communication and willingness to learn.

Tools & software

Required: Revit.
Highly valued: Navisworks / Solibri, Dynamo, BIMcollab/BCF, AutoCAD, Rhino.
Plus: IFC workflows and consultant coordination experience.

• Degree in Architecture (or proven experience in an AEC environment).
• Hands-on experience applying AI to processes (not just curiosity): prototypes, tools, automations, or deployments.
• Ability to speak “two languages”: architecture and product/technology.
• Continuous-improvement mindset: prioritize, test, iterate, and document.
• Autonomy, judgment, and a practical approach.

Tools & stack (indicative)

Must have (a strong subset):

• Automation: Python or JavaScript (or advanced no-code tools, if you can show results).
• Models/LLMs: advanced use of ChatGPT / APIs / agents (prompting, RAG, evaluation).
• AEC integration: Revit/Dynamo or Rhino/Grasshopper (or workflows with IFC, BIM 360, etc.).

Highly valued:

• Databases / semantic search (vector DB), RAG, embeddings.
• Computer vision for drawings/plan sets, model QA, document classification.
• Knowledge of licensing, IP, compliance, and data risks in corporate environments.

We are looking for a Coordinator to receive, identify and qualify opportunities, and to communicate potential clients’ needs to the partners’ team.

Requirements

• 5–10+ years of experience in the luxury, real estate and/or interior design sectors (technical profiles who have moved into client or relationship roles are valued).
• Knowledge of the developer, property/fund and hospitality ecosystem in Andalusia / Costa del Sol.
• English C1–C2 (mandatory); other languages highly valued.
• Availability for short business trips.
• Own vehicle.
