The project is located in a very special place, between two very different urban realities: on one side lies the western ring road and a hypermarket – both established, fixed elements – and on the other a residential area belonging to the developing urban fabric. Because of this and the presence of a two-hectare, natural wetland within the plot, it has become a green belt in the heart of the city.
To reinforce this idea of dialogue between the city and its natural environment, the project develops a composition of volumes and skins that allows changes in the scale of the elements and creates an image able to integrate into the surroundings.
