Shopping and leisure centre with a contemporary and avant-garde design that will make it a regional architectural point of reference. It is an urban centre linked with the city through pedestrian walkways and the design of the façades. These are fragmented to take on the scale of the surroundings, interplaying warm colours and materials and generating, with its roofs, a building that is a visual reference. From inside, the roofs also create unusual spaces, whilst sheltering the street connecting the two squares. There the functional design of the centre is implemented, a building with an architectural concept that wants to break the scale of urban shopping centres.
