The mixed use centre Polygone Béziers, designed by L35 and developed by SOCRI, won this year’s “Trophée du CNCC” in the Shopping Centre Creation Category. These award the quality and originality of professionals’ of the shopping centre industry work.
For the twelfth consecutive year the CNCC (Conseil National des Centres Commerciaux) awarded its “Trophies” during the Salon International du Retail et de l’Immobilier Commercial (Siec) which this year took place form June 15 to 17 in Paris. These awards highlight the quality, effort and creativity of different initiatives of the world of shopping centres.
Polygone Béziers is a mixed use centre located in Béziers which comprises an open-air shopping centre on two levels, a leisure centre on the third floor with a variety of bars, restaurants and different terraces as well as offices, dwellings and an administrative centre. The building runs along an urban avenue which unfolds to create an open-air street where the retail activities are concentrated. Because of the topography of the urban avenue, the internal street has connections with the two different pedestrian levels.
